  • Who manages the facility?

    Our family facility is professionally managed by the great team at the Professionals Real Estate, Mildura. They are located 2 minutes (1km) from our facility at 83 Deakin Avenue, Mildura. Melissa and the team can be contacted by calling (03) 5021 1900 or emailing R1@rocc.com.au.

  • What are your opening hours?

    Our managing agent, Professionals Real Estate Mildura, are open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm and closed on weekends.


    The storage facility in 9th street, Mildura is available to customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year – whenever you need access.

  • How big are your largest units?

    Our largest units are 

    5.7m x 5.5m (31.4m2 or 84.6m3) and is $75 per week. 


    Our other extra large units are;

    7.5m x 3m for $70 per week

    6m x 2.7m for $55 per week

    5.7m x 3m for $50 per week




  • Can I store anything in the units?

    Yes, anything except dangerous or flammable goods. Some are listed below. If you are unsure, please ask.

    • Hazardous, dangerous or flammable goods
    • Toxic, pollutant or contaminated goods
    • Gas bottles or petrol cans
    • Firearms, ammunition or explosives
    • Items emitting fumes, odours or smells
    • Illegal goods
    • Waste

    • Perishable, goods or food
  • Do I need to take out insurance on my unit items?

    We would recommend contents insurance, just like you would with your items at home. If it’s important enough for you to store, then it’s important enough to insure. Contact your local insurance company to get a quote.


    Your goods are stored at your own risk. This facility is not liable for the loss or damage of items while stored on its premises.

  • What is your access like?

    Our facility has drive-up access to each unit’s roller door. The facility was specially designed, and built purposely, as a self storage facility. It has lighting on all night, so you can easily visit any time, day or night.


    When booking your unit, the team at the Professionals can explain where your unit is, but as a guide, units 42 to 46 have one step into them – due to the lay of the land. Also, units 54 – 59 often have a car parked in front of them (by the unit upstairs). As a result, these units are more suited to carry in items and not large couches, fridges, or ride on mowers etc.

  • What if I experience a problem or need to report an issue?

    If you see any issues / problems with the facility, please contact the team at the Professionals Real Estate Mildura. They may not be aware of the issue. They will be able to help and / or get it fixed. Their number during business hours is (03) 5021 1900 or if it’s after hours, or you want to send a photo, please email them at R1@rocc.com.au.

  • What payment options are there?

    You can pay for your unit with a bank transfer, direct debt or in cash, at the Professionals office in Deakin Avenue, if it’s over $500.

  • Are you open public holidays?

    Yes, you will have access to your items at the storage facility, whenever you need them, including public holidays.


    The Professionals Mildura office is not open on Public holidays. Storage units can be arrange on standard working days, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

  • How long do I need to rent a unit for?

    There is no maximum time limit to hire a unit. The minimum time limit is 2 weeks. There are no lock in contacts. Just stay and pay for as long as you need. Seven days notice is required prior to vacate.

  • Where are you located?

    We are conveniently located in central Mildura, between San Mateo Avenue and Etiwanda on 9th Street, Mildura, Victoria. We are only 1km (2 minutes drive) from the office (Professionals Mildura).

  • How do I apply?

    Our experienced management team tries to make the application process as simple and easy as possible. 


    There is an application form to fill in, an upfront payment of one months rent and a $150 bond/ deposit. Then you will receive a key to your unit! 


    The deposit is fully refundable upon vacating the shed, once the Professionals staff have checked it’s all clean, tidy and not damaged etc. Professionals Mildura will also factor in any unpaid or overpaid rent with the refund too.
